If you require additional space, mezzanine levels can be added to your unit for an extra monthly fee of R1000. We also provide hot desks for those who need flexible workspace options. The monthly cost for a hot desk is R1499, and daily rates are available at R250.

Our spaces consist of offices, warehouses, workshops, and catering units. We also provide communal facilities, refuse areas, wash areas for cars, and pause areas for relaxation.

Please note that water, gas, and electricity are prepaid, allowing you to manage your own consumption and expenses.

As a value-add, we organize monthly training and networking events for all tenants. We also partner with companies like ABSA and other companies to provide entrepreneurs with specialized training, marketing information, and guidance.

To get started at Co.Space, all you need is a 1-month deposit, 1 month's rent, an R850 setup fee, and a R500 administration fee payable upon sign-up. If required extra hub fee memberships can also be attained.
